Contact Databases
Making the Most of Yours!

Do you have a pile of sticky notes with client contact information scribbled on them or business cards taped to your computer monitor? Now is the perfect time to get them all organized into a contact database. A contact database can be created with a contact management tool such as Outlook, ACT, and Excel or by utilizing a card scanner to scan your company contacts business cards into your computer.

What if you don't have a database at all? You can purchase a mailing list from a source such as, and receive hundreds of contacts that match your ideal client demographic, at a surprisingly low cost.

Cybertary can also help you create a database from scratch with some very targeted Internet research, or convert an existing paper contact list to something electronic. And frankly, once you go digital, you just can't go back to paper.

Now that you have a digital database, what do you do with it?

Online Banking
The Two-Step, Simplified!
Online Banking

Taking advantage of online accounting services can help you cut down on the paper, free up space on your computer for other business needs and give you 24/7 access to your numbers.

Many of our clients use Online Banking for their businesses, and are happy with the gained efficiency that their bank provides. They simply log into their bank's website to pay their bills or make a transfer, and their bank mails payments on their behalf. Then they enter the payment into their accounting system to show the bill is paid or the money is transferred.

Can it get any easier?!? YES!!!

The process described above requires two steps. First, you initiate the payment, second you record it into your system. What if you paid the bill online, but forgot to log it into your accounting system? What if you logged it into your accounting system, but forgot to send the payment through the bank? What if those two steps could be consolidated into one step?

You CAN do all of your online banking in one step, increasing your efficiency, and eliminating the possibility of missed steps.

"I Can't Afford a VA!"
Why You Can't Afford Not to Have a Virtual Assistant
Hands on Keyboard

Starting out in business is expensive and so business owners come to the conclusion that they can take care of everything themselves. Wrong! The job of a business owner is to market their business and increase profits.

Taking care of administrative tasks takes you away from your main focus. There are so many tasks to take care of on a daily basis, if you attempt them all on your own; you will burn out very quickly. Thousands of people start businesses each year, less than half succeed; you don't want to be the half that didn't make it.

Let's take a look at a day in the life of a busy business owner;
